Raiffeisen
2024
In this case study, I will explain my work on designing digital tools for Raiffeisen's employees. The main focus was on creating a calculation tool that employees could use when advising customers. The tool had to look good for the customer and be easy for the employee to use, following Raiffeisen's brand guidelines.
This project is not published yet, and therefore confidential.
Process
Breaking down the project
The project involved several important steps. Although a previous employee had already done the initial research and created wireframes, I took over the project at this stage. My job was to improve and finalize the tool.
Building on strong foundations
When I reviewed the existing wireframes, I found several problems that hadn't been noticed before. To fix these issues, I created new wireframes. My goal was to design a tool that was both attractive to customers and easy for employees to use when giving advice.
Collaborating with the internal team
I was working closely with the developer of previous digital tools for Raiffeisen. Together, we updated the project to Raiffeisen's new CI and unified other pre-existing style guides.
Result
Although the project is still in progress, the redesigned tool aims to improve the experience for both employees and customers. The new design should make customer interactions smoother and help employees give better advice. Usability testing and final tweaks are planned soon to ensure the tool is both beautiful and practical.
