Talentir

In this project case study, I will be sharing my experience of re-designing the website for Talentir. The goal was to improve both the landing page as well as the dashboard for users to manage their content.
Throughout the design process, I focused on creating an intuitive user interface that would enhance the overall user experience and encourage engagement. I also had a strong focus on UX-Language to make Talentir's complex technology more comprehensible.
Process
Breaking down the project
The design process for the landing page involved several key stages. Firstly, I conducted extensive interviews with the CEO and CTO to make their goals more concise and clear. In a second step, I conducted user research with 10 content creators, 10 existing users, and 10 potential users to understand the needs of both content creators and their fans to improve their interaction on Talentir's plattform.
Building on strong foundations
Based on this research, I developed user personas and created wireframes to map out the website's functionality and structure. From there, I created a high-fidelity prototype and conducted usability testing to refine the design and improve the user experience. The final design included an improved information architecture, simplified UX-Language and a new dashboard featuring clearer categories and improved overviews of purchased videos.
Collaborating with the internal team
Throughout the process, I worked closely with the CTO to ensure that the design met their requirements and aligned with the goals of their customers/users.
Result
The final outcome of Talentir's website was a user-friendly and engaging digital product that exceeded the client’s expectations. Users were able to easily access their dashboard, buy and sell YouTube videos, and track their finances, all within a seamless and intuitive experience. As a result, Talentir saw an increase in user engagement by having less cancelled video purchases and an increase of trading videos amongst their users.
